This is not a typical Home Inspection that is needed when buying or selling a property, there is No Requirement for most of these tests to be performed, but there should be, as a Visual Inspection cannot detect these. 

This is an Optional Service offered so you can Be Informed of Potential Hazards before you buy or sell, or if presently living in suspicious conditions.

We are Not a Repair Service, we are a Detection Service, if we find issues You or someone will need to rearrange the furniture, remove the hazardous material, or do any remediation work to try to resolve the problem,... except for ghosts.

Of course we'll tell you what needs fixing, and maybe how, but we don't do the actual planning or labor.
