We do not charge anything for an initial visit, however we ask a donation of $20 to cover our gas cost back and forth and for fresh batteries. We'll skim over our detection devices to try to find some activity or readings, and we can try to contact any entities, about an hour or more I think is fair,... if you really need more time, Investigation, Documentation, or Contact, we'll talk about my research vs your situation, and can work it out if your not in a rush. We charge $85 for a one man 1-1/2 Hour visit, this should be Plenty of time to do an informal sweep of the premises for the most important things, to try to Find any unusual activity & possible health issues, and/or just get base-line readings for particular concerns you may have,... if you really need more time for larger property, Other Type Investigation and testing, Re-Documentation of resolution work,,... we can work something out fair, Thanks.

God, Hell, Sex, Adultery, the Future, anything that casts Guilt or Anger upon the soul.
Try do determine if there is a Pattern that may help identify certain areas of activity, or if at particular times of the day, or when certain people are present, that it is the best time for us to come by.
